Well I went with my wife, Melanie Hill, who teaches there so I don't think it could've been a bad experience lol. Both her and the instructor were encouraging to my newbieness :)

Jill is such an amazing instructor! I love her gentle manner and knowledge of yoga, the history of yoga and the poses. She's a true gem 💎
