Didn't know classes were heated and wished there was a changing room but other than that great experience
The instructor is kind, did the correct pace for a restorative session, and I just dig her vibe. I like getting little bits of wisdom during class as well rather than straight instruction. She said something to the effect, the best gift you can give others is your authentic self. That just hit well with me and where I'm at in life š
