I am newer to yoga only been doing it for a few years. It has changed how I feel about myself inside and out. It has truly been a gift I have given myself. Instead of finding ways to not exercise I now finds ways to fit it into my life.
It's always such a peaceful and welcoming environment, and Diane is my favorite instructor ever. Her creative sequencing and infusion of breathing and meditation is so refreshing and recharging. It was my first time back to a person yoga class in a long time, and it was such a delight!
