Mindpose is the best yoga studio I have ever been to! It is the most welcoming, unpretentious place. Everyone is so kind and caring. Sunday at 8am with Tami is the best hour of my week. When I started going to her class it was the first time I ever started to feel at peace in my body.
The atmosphere is lovely, the classes are new and fun every time, Tammy is a great instructor and the pricing model is customer friendly
