Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a good instructor. I was very much a beginner and felt welcome and didn't feel pressured even though I had a to modify moves
I did a workshop with Brittney and she was amazing. She provided a beautiful and comfortable space to learn and practice.
Angels align class was amazing 10/10. I also took the teacher in training class for free which was great but I would give that class an 8/10 it is awesome that it's a free class but I felt like she went through the sequences a bit fast for my preference.
