Been traveling all summer for work and family. This week I have been able to come and enjoy a few yoga sessions . I realized what it is to have Mindpose close and lots of times, amazing instructors to enjoy whenever I am in town. Always leave feeling my mind , body and spirit all lined up again. Love Mindpose and all that they to provide an atmosphere of pure dessert just for me.
Seems like a clean and peaceful space. My first two sessions were great. Not too hot in the room.
