I like teachers that are about the practice but also very spiritual. Ola has a real shaman vibe. Plus great music is a plus! Also she adds a lil aromatherapy in there.
The last class I took was Gentle Hatha with Maria. Maria has always been a very supportive and knowledgeable instructor. I have taken her classes as far back as 10 years, in the previous studio space. She always walks around the room offering whispered adjustments. She has a keen eye for correct alignment in the body.
First yoga class ever and the teacher was amazingly helpful and supportive and made me feel comfortable! I left feeling so grounded yet airy, reconnected w myself, andinch taller!
