I love MBS but too often the room is way too hot and stale. Other than that, absolutely a 10. I love the instructors and the staff is terrific, too.
I really enjoyed the Kundalini workshop wish it was on the schedule more often.
The teachers are first rate as is the staff, management & Alyssa! I feel like the center is a service to the community with great prices and products in the store. I feel lucky to have MBSY as my yoga spot.
Great atmosphere, welcoming staff, and conscientious instructor.
