I love Terrish so much! She is a real, amazing person who has such a kind heart! Her explanation of each pose is precise and your able to understand what she is coaching you through. She is amazing!
I love hot yoga, so this studio is perfect. Hot room, great and very knowledgeable instructors who are always available to answer any of your questions. I have been going to this studio on and off for 2 years and signed up for a whole year again.
