Terrish really took time with each person for adjustments and made me feel so welcome as it was my first class at the studio. I would highly recommend taking class with her again.
I enjoyed the class , instructor had calm supportive demeanor & shared knowledge on yoga concepts/ meridians . I’ll be back!
