This yoga studio has changed my life in so many ways! All of the instructors are incredibly encouraging and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I have gained self-confidence here and a true sense of belonging to a community. I would and do recommend this studio to everyone, as it is the best one I've ever been to. I absolutely love Kitsap Hot Yoga!!!
