Every time I walk into the studio I know I am getting not only a rejuvenating session, I am also reminded I am there for me and nobody else. Reminded always to thank myself for just showing up and never feeling judged for not being able to do a proper down dog or falling over while in a triangle pose. Every instructor is so encouraging and reminds us always to do what feels right for our body, to always listen to what it is trying to tell us. In short, I never leave disappointed, but rather energized and loved!
Studio is cramped and could us some work with decor and organization. Mirrors on the floor in the changing area would be more functional if they were hung. Having us take our shoes off just inside the entrance instead of the middle area would be nice. Great teachers though!
