Very enjoyable, although challenging session with Fraser. Good, simple instructions. Feeling it in the hamstrings today!!
Had a great first private class with Fraser. I felt very safe in the environment they have created and would definitely recommend to my friends.
The class is professional and fun. Correction is offered when needed. The teachers' are friendly and approachable. A wonderful way to spend some time.
Heh guys what can I say.? I love Kai Yoga! You are doing a fantastic job and ticking all the boxes for me. I guess if there was one thing it would be that I personally are not that keen on the 45 min classes but my timetable is so open I can find all the 1 hours classes that I like.
Georgia did have a flow/yin class 90 minutes that was really good but not sure how you would fit that into your pricing model. There is something really potent about that combo for me. Rob
Kai yoga is your home away from home. Such a magical space and community. The caliber of teachers is high and I’m never disappointed! A big warm hug when you need it most!
