Really good class. Exactly what I needed to ground myself and let go of the day, and forgiving and loving my body for what it can do.
The studio has an excellent vibe and the instructors are first class.

I love Kai yoga. The teachers ante extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things yoga. Frazer and Elisha the owners are more than Kai yoga owners . They put their heart and soul into Kai yoga.
