I have been coming to the studio for the post partum classes. I absolutely adore these classes and value having protected time for us as women to reconnect with our practice with our babies in tow. I would appreciate more ongoing oppurtunities for this
Teacher was welcoming. It is in a beautiful, safe space. I left feeling nourished.
