Kai Yoga is ACE. There really is something for everyone - lots of different styles of yoga class depending on what you need or how you feel. Magical Yin classes to slow down your mind, challenging hot flow classes to get your sweat on, and everything in-between. All the instructors are superb. The best part of Kai Yoga is the welcoming community it has built with such beautiful souls. Highly recommend. Well done Team!
I realy enjoyed the class despite having an injury I was able to manage fine. The venue it self was easy to get too and great ambience in the room, very relaxing and great instructors
