I had such a warm welcome. Enjoyed the class. And wonderful to have community yoga at a price for all demographics. This was my first yoga class since about 5 years, wonderful to see Christine on her debut. Thank you all at Kai Yoga! I will be back!

Kai Yoga is ACE. There really is something for everyone - lots of different styles of yoga class depending on what you need or how you feel. Magical Yin classes to slow down your mind, challenging hot flow classes to get your sweat on, and everything in-between. All the instructors are superb. The best part of Kai Yoga is the welcoming community it has built with such beautiful souls. Highly recommend. Well done Team!
