Ita has a presence that is undeniable. I love her energy and technique. I'm a fan.

Instructors really guide you through the practice. The environment feels very inviting for a beginner

1. I love supporting community based, BIPOC owned businesses with all my heart.
2. Ita has always inspired me even before we met through other community innovators.
3. Ita really knows how to connect with her students well. (outside during these anxious times, was a bonus)
Loved the lighting, heat and music, and Ita is a wonderful instructor! She made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time and I wasn't very good (lol)
One of the best yoga classes I have taken! Great instructor, nice warm room.... great energy!
Was hard to sign up online had to contact someone to make sure my drop in pass was assigned to the right session.
