Every class I have ever taken has been amazing! I love the atmosphere that Ita has created!
It’s has made a calm, comfortable space to practice. I like the temp she has the room set . She is very knowledgeable in her teaching but adds so many deeper layers to the experience as well.
Super helpful workshop. Great teacher. Calm and peaceful studio. I just wish everyone was wearing a mask.
