Everyone at the studio has been welcoming and kind, and the classes are high quality and perfectly balanced. I would definitely recommend this studio!
The instructors are first class and will always take time to answer questions or help all students in any way possible. The studio is the perfect size and the lighting and temperature are always ideal. Whenever I practice in here I always forget my worries and come out feeling better than when I came in. Ita has also created a community of some really cool people that give me inspiration so I look forward to yoga whenever possible.

Love the studio and the teachers. The music seems to have gotten so loud as to be distracting, necessitating the need for the instructors to use a microphone. I found it hard to get into a peaceful mental space
