The class is challenging but also leaves me feeling centered.
I love the atmosphere of the studio, the infrared heating keeps the studio warm enough to warm up joints and muscles on a cold winter day, but not so hot that it feels like a sauna. I love the mobile app used to check--in and manage your account. I love the various musical tracks played during the 9:00 slow flow classes on Sat & Sun that I typically attend. Finally, Ita, and her other instructors are excellent.
Ita has built more than just a studio, she's built a community. Everyone is welcome to explore and build their individual practice. My wife and I feel Ita is our spiritual guide in some sense. We look forward to every visit.
