I thought it was a great class and doable for all levels. I usually don't go on the weekends bc they are more challenging. I liked it
I could hear the instruction/movement queues.
The music was great.
It's clean. The environment is peaceful.
The instructor is calming, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
The experience was great. I really enjoyed the Grounding Flow class and the overall vibe of the studio. Absolutely planning to go back, and would certainly recommend to others!
