Ita is my all-time favorite yoga studio — and I've tried quite a few! The instruction, the studio, the flows, the heat, the low light, the music (even the volume!) is all spot on. I look forward to every class.

The instructor is very good. Loved the sound bath for Shavasana.
I really appreciated that she directed us through the entire class rather than us being expected to memorize the flows. It had been several years since my last class and I was so nervous that I would be lost/not know what to do but it was a great experience and I will be back
