The setting, the teachers and overall vibe. I wasn't there for two weeks while out of town and I really missed it so much.
It was my first yoga class ever! Studio is peaceful, clean, and beautiful. The instructor had a calm, soothing voice, and it was fantastic!

I try to go to IYS at least once a week, and love my classes with Mandy! She is a delight to see before and after class and always hits the perfect blend of flow, stretching, and (sometimes) being open to changing up her plans based on how her classroom is responding to the flow. Class with her is always just what I need!
