Great class. Ita is a wondering teacher. I wish the cost wasn't quite so high despite the quality being amazing. Just difficult to budget for.
At Ita, going at your pace and listening to what your body needs is prioritized, no matter the class. There was no judgement in taking breaks to slow down or to stay hydrated. It was easy to follow along, and the positive affirmations throughout the session were also very helpful. I do wish that there were more ways to schedule than just on the app, but I will say that the app is very easy to navigate.
