I have been to this yoga studio before and very much enjoy it.
I had a wonderful time and the space was beautiful and welcoming. I loved that it's a yoga studio in the area that actually has parking! And the infrared heating was very comfortable and made my body feel like it was better supported for stretches

I thought it was a great class and doable for all levels. I usually don't go on the weekends bc they are more challenging. I liked it
I could hear the instruction/movement queues.
The music was great.
It's clean. The environment is peaceful.
The instructor is calming, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
