I thought it was a great class and doable for all levels. I usually don't go on the weekends bc they are more challenging. I liked it

The music was great.
It's clean. The environment is peaceful.
The instructor is calming, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
The experience was great. I really enjoyed the Grounding Flow class and the overall vibe of the studio. Absolutely planning to go back, and would certainly recommend to others!
Loved the welcoming and calm environment. It was a really great space and the location is really convenient for me as well
