Ita’s classes are always challenging but more importantly they are interesting and varied. I love the different ways she gets us into poses and variations.
I thought that the class was well timed and followed etiquette. The teacher was very knowledgeable. I liked that there was a beginner level, and that it included a warm-up and cool down. it was clean, peaceful and warm.

Ita and her fellow yogis are great! Very zen yoga den!!!
I love the warm room, it's not too hot. The teachers and music are always excellent! And always a wonderful vibe.
