Rosemary is the best yoga teacher I have ever had. Rosemary explains & demonstrates so well & makes sure she's understood. It's clear that she cares & is passionate about what she teaches. It's also fantastic that Rosemary will approach individuals & assist, practically. Rosemary is a credit to Ironstone & has inspired me to want to visit a retreat. Thank you.

Really nice facilities, the instructors are good, nice setting, and the option to book a massage in the same place I might do my exercise is super convenient, not to mention the massage I had on Friday was amazing.
