I find the tutors very helpful and they always show alternative movements, if like me, you are a beginner. The atmosphere is friendly, with reception staff helpful and welcoming. I like the variety of classes and again the acceptance and encouragement from tutors. A really great place to come to. Thank you:)

Having had a break from my membership due to personal reasons I was delighted to come back using a bundle to re introduce myself to the classes. They certainly delivered, so happy to be back in such a welcoming, calm and wonderful environment. Huge kudos to Rebecca and Ben for all of the hard work they have put in to enhance the building, really feeling the change.
