The centre is extremely well run. All staff are friendly and professional. There is a wide variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities of practitioner. And....you're spoilt for choice on the high quality of the instructors! I've been coming here regularly for over two years now and have really noticed the difference in my core strength, posture and overall levels of flexibility.
