• I am a relatively new member but every time I step into the studio it becomes a sanctuary from the business of life and our fast paced lifestyle. Baptiste yoga is also a new experience for me and has taught me to "leave it all on the mat." Indigo yoga has been a blessing to me and each class it unique and challenging in it's own way. I love having multiple options and styles both with and without music to enjoy. Keep up the good work!
