• Clean, friendly and not intimidating, great atmosphere, plenty of space between people. I really appreciate the individuality of the instructors. I can do poses at home but class teaches me transitions between poses and calls out poses I either forget or avoid in my home practice.

• The instructors are all so fantastic. Knowledgeable, encouraging, and friendly. I love the positive atmosphere at Indigo. It doesn't matter if you are brand new to yoga or if you have been practicing yoga for years, the instructors make a huge effort to include everyone. I always leave there in a good mood. The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I love that they make the effort to learn our names. A small gesture that goes a long way.
