• I would absolutely recommend it. I am planning on joining the buy one month get, one month, to give a two month trial--and if it goes as I hope, I plan to continue my membership! Yesterday was my first yoga class every and I was very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it!! I am excited to get started! It was difficult, but cleared my head, helped me focus on purposeful breathing, and centering my body.
