Clean facilities. Greeted when arrived and shown facilities with first time in studio. Solid workout with instructions I could clearly hear. Instructor was able to demonstrate the full movement path and depth, with good form and pace. Flow of full body program didn't fully exhaust muscles allowing recovery. Why not a 10. When I was done the staff did not ask how workout went to get feedback to answer questions, help initiate a signup knowing it was my first time there.
