I love the vibe! The darker room makes it a challenge to keep my balance. I learned some new poses, and a new way to work with the strap. I also love that thefloor is not hardwood. It also creates a balance challenge. Honestly, I loved the entire experience.

Fun environment for anyone who is a beginner or a regular goer. There's zero judgement and everyone is focused on themselves. I felt very energized after my workout even though I got my butt kicked!
