I felt engaged the entire time! The music was awesome. The instructor was really clear and loud where I could hear and understand what she was saying. Itenergized me for my entire day and made me feel really confident.

I absolutely love ignite. I am a curvy girl that has always felt judged in public workout settings but I have never once felt that way at ignite. The space that is created there is so beautiful. The instructors are great at pushing and encouraging all the participants. The workouts are so challenging but then during the cool down I always feel so proud of my body for what it just did. Love ignite!
