I really am liking the circuit class with the variety of a workout in the hot room. It's helpful when instructors can be at a pace that I can keep up with and not get lost in the complexity of some routines. Ashleigh and Amy are my fave instructors! Every workout kicks my ass but in a great way! Love the energy! The only recommendation I would have is the music stopping can be a mood killer especially when happens a few times in a single given class-otherwise love everything and would recommend it to everyone!
