I've been a loyal patron in Daly City for 6 years. A clean, well-maintained studio with friendly, committed yogis. Positive, supportive energy prevails at this location. I've been practicing Bikram Yoga on a consistent basis since 2001. I've had the pleasure and good fortune to practice yoga at over 120 Bikram studios across North America, coast to coast. In my humble opinion, I feel Yuqin Wen, Wei Wei Chen, Ksenia Kolieva, Setareh Rasouli, and Michael Weidinger are 5 of the BEST instructors I have ever encountered. Diana the instructor was very accommodating and patient considering this was my first time doing bikram yoga. I was a bit overwhelmed with the the heat but Diana made sure that I just power through and just hand in there to do the best that I can.
