Very good class and setup, loved the staff, very friendly and welcoming and professional, will definately be back, facilities looked good and the schedule full of choice. I don't live locally sadly but when I visit Newport I'll make sure to return.

It is always such a great experience coming to Anna's Bikram class - a combination of power and kindness. The class is tough at the time, but my mind and body are always super happy and relaxed by the end. An amazing all-round workout!
