I've been attending nearly a year and truly feel I have found my tribe! As an introvert who find a description 'friendly and welcoming' a possible red flag, the Hot Yoga Team meet this and are so genuine, caring and warm without being overwhelming They are all very skilled at directing your focus exactly where it needs to be for best results, completely unobtrusively. Always very professional and never rushing interaction, the vibe is true and calm - a rarity nowadays. Amazing results too at this lovely oasis!!

I love Hot Yoga Health. The centre is accessible & classes are enjoyable. Yoga at your own pace while being immersed in heat that helps with circulation & stretching muscles.
