It was yet another magnificent class with Cat. Challenging and very rewarding. My body kept saying THANK YOU! I appreciate the teacher's gentle guidance and support. Cat works with novices and regulars alike. Everyone feels welcome! I can't wait until my next Ashtanga class!

The hour flew by (Yin). Would've loved to have signed up for the Extended Yin session (obs booked up now) but am unable to make that afternoon. So hopefully more in the future.

Only because Sometimes (most times) other people who come to class are way too noisy and loud for me personally. It won’t stop me coming but I do try to stay out of its way!
