I really enjoyed my class with Gemma this morning. I’ve done quite a lot of yoga at HYH but have had to miss many of my regular classes recently - life! I arrived knowing I would find it harder than usual. Gemma guided a class which kept me really focused & was full of interesting information about how to get the most out of the poses. I learnt such a lot and definitely properly challenged myself. I had a very happy morning with the lovely HYH community!
