It was such a great class. The studio was very clean. Instructor was wonderful. I could easily follow her instructions and felt so refreshed after the class.
The teacher was amazing! Gave each of us personal attention, dimmed the lights, gave us good options/alternatives in poses, and had beautiful music. I felt very well rested the next day. Only complaint is that there were too many people in the class. It was much too crowded.
Hotter than would like for nighttime yoga. Was wondering if there is any A/C. For candlelight yoga, I suggest turning lights on outside and not in the studio. Other than that, great experience.
