My last visit with grounded was in Alyssa hot class. She is amazing, knows her stuff and brings the intensity into practice , while giving modifications for every pose. She makes everyone laugh and smile throughout practice and always a positive experience ✌️🧘♀️💚
Instructor was wonderful. Class atmosphere was relaxing. Only wish drop in fees were a little less.
