I am always satisfied with my yoga experience at Grounded Studios. Each instructor brings their own experience and flair into the yoga studio, and I leave with a calm mind and a stronger, more flexible body.
Becky led us in a yoga class that was balanced, thorough, and with easy-to-follow instructions. It was just the right combination of challenge and ease.
