It was a different type not workout than what I'm used to. A new way to push my body to new limits. Can't wait for next week
It's all around. Perfect for me. Five minutes from my house. Alora loves going there. It's her fourth time going. She looks forward to it and the staff is very very nice especially Vicky because that's usually how I deal with. Thank you.
Staff were so incredibly welcoming. As a first time yoga person i was so nervous but I felt so welcomed and valued. They took the time to talk with us and show us around....totally amazing experience❤
