Leslie led a balanced, vigorous class, which included an excellent talk on how to re-set one's mind and shake out the cloudy noise we all have in our busy lives. Very enjoyable and healthy.
Always warm and welcoming, great atmosphere, kid friendly (a 13 year old taking classes with the adults).
Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The instructors are amazing! Overall it is a great place.
