This place is one that truly embodies meeting you where you are and how to create sustainable effort to move how you need/want. I enjoy what I learn each class and enjoy understanding in a new way that embodies empowerment to all bodies. Feeling strong, easeful, relaxed, rejuvenated to show up for the work that is really important in this life, dismantling forms of oppression. I feel the power in myself to create change and these classes help me want to create that change within myself and within my communities.
