I'm new to Good Body Feel and I was fairly nervous for this class (I've never done yoga or pilates before!) but I've heard great things about your studio being accessible, warm, and community-focused. My first class was with Rachel McLean and it exceeded my expectations!! My nerves went away quite quickly once things got started and I had a really great time. I'm excited to sign up for more classes with Rachel! Also, LOVED the playlist put together by Rachel!Tess M.
