Chelsea and Hard Core Yoga have navigated this pandemic with grace and positivity. They had to pivot and offer online classes and I've been thinking of trying one for a very long time. I finally got my act together and did my first one from home and it was great! I love that the recording is available for me to do in the 24 hours after the class because the times don't always work into my schedule.
The professionalism and care to adhere to safety standards, needless to say, the workout was a banger too!
