There weren't any recommendations for adjustments if you were unable to do a pose. The class also felt quick going from position to position. But perhaps this is how the class works. I have never done a sculpt class before. 😁
I loved how safe I felt to modify exercises that weren't right for my body! The instructors made me feel very welcome.
