A lovely, beautiful slow flow practice with safe distance!
Great virtual class experience! For a working person, great class times to fit easily into someone’s schedule : ) but I recognize not all my friends would want to do that. I live in Newport and class times here locally / or local studio virtual classes are limited. This was just what I was looking for : )
