I have been a member for almost four years now. My trainer is open and flexible with my schedule, always checks in with me as a reminder to stay track of my fitness goals. One of my biggest barriers to working out had been daycare my trainer and his business partners were very accommodating when I had to bring my children and just recently added a kids zone to eliminate childcare barrier for others. I really feel that my fitness goals are attainable when working out there and always feel supported
