The environment and atmosphere at G3 are truly conducive to providing a comfortable and encouraging workout experience! All the trainers there are knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. Dominic, Tre`, Art, and Jenae all operate in "Beast Mode" and are skilled at pulling that same "Beast " out of all participants in their classes!
