Art, Dom and every trainer at G3 is extremely professional, care about your growth and are invested in your health as well as you personally. I came to Arthur at a time when my health was declining and needed drastic change. Art helped create a plan that worked for me and in the 3 months since meeting him, I have seen gradual results that have left me stronger and my body in better shape. I believe G3 has added years back onto my life, and has helped me defeat generational and hereditary health problems. I recommend this team to those ready to make the commitment and push yourself to a better level.

Generation III is where it's at! Encouraging and knowledgeable trainers, fitness education, and welcoming environment. And I absolutely love that this is a Black owned establishment! You can't ask for more in a gym:)

Very friendly and supportive atmosphere. You can get advice from any of the trainers and the message is consistent. They make the group classes fun and provide individual motivation throughout the class. I ❤️ G3 Fitness!
