• Jenae was great. She was personable all while maintaining professionalism. She got me to sweat and be sore in only 10 minutes! The gym was clean. I was greeted by every employee and even introduced to a couple other clients. The atmosphere was welcoming and not intimidating. I felt safe leaving after dark.

• As usual, my workouts are varied and challenges my strength and endurance which has brought about noticeable improvements in the way I feel, look, ability to complete more repetitions, increased strength, and better heart conditioning.
