Environment is comfortable and non-judgemental. All of the people I have encountered up to this point were helpful, friendly, & willing to share things that worked for them on their fitness journey. Art is my primary trainer. He has a great personality and is professional. He has challenged my physical abilities which has started to manifest in my physical appearance and he solicits maximum effort each training session. I have worked with Tre and Dom on a few occasions as well. They too are great to work with.

Great family Atmosphere, and very knowledgeable trainers. I wish thekid zone was open on weekends. Also a place to 🚿 shower afterworkouts.
